Rasta Rootz is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual who will be the first point of contact for entering customers. The check-in receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical duties and related tasks. Rasta Rootz receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, greeting customers, have a thorough understanding of dispensary offerings, and have cannabis knowledge and regulatory compliance.
Rasta Rootz is seeking enthusiastic, personable budtenders who can use their extensive cannabis product knowledge to guide customers to the appropriate recreational product and provide impeccable customer service while complying with all regulations. Budtenders must provide customers with prompt service and quality products while maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable store environment. Budtenders also should keep abreast of the latest development in cannabis laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
The responsibilities of the budtender include greeting customers, answering customers’ questions regarding different strains of cannabis, methods of consumption, and keeping the manager informed of any complaints or operational issues.
You will be responsible for assisting the Rasta Rootz management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. You’ll also assist in training and educating cashiers in cannabis products and customer service.
Rasta Rootz Security Agent serves as a stabilizing presence to ensure the safety of customers and employees. Security monitors the premises, checks surveillance equipment, and removes whose who pose a disturbance or threat. Security Agents will perform regular observations and patrols, report irregularities, provide crowd control, answer queries, assist customers and staff, and maintain order at all times. Rasta Rootz Security Agents assist during emergencies and contact law enforcement and/or emergency services when required. Outstanding candidates should be physically fit and able to react appropriately in stressful situations, and have a deep empathy and respect for others.
